Roof Ice and Snow Removal
He was chipping ice off the roof because there was a leak coming into the house. I sort of texted him that there's water coming in the house and he came right over right away. EH saw what was happening and there was a place in the roof where the ice was piling up so he went outside and took away a bunch of it. He stooped the immediate problem but the bigger problem was we had to redo a wall which we might do down the line. He was informative, he was correct. He was responsive and he does great work. The big renovation he did for us was wonderful. He does everything.
