Steve Denton was very responsive to our request for service. He came over the day we called to talk to us and see what was wrong. We have a mound system (almost 25 years old) that was leaking from the top-- we could see it and smell it. He walked all around and asked us what had been happening and gave us a rough idea what it might cost. He was honest about his current project and the time it might take to complete that before he could help us. When he did come over, he was here early (about 7:30 AM) and got started right away. He was careful to dig up only what was necessary. He explained the problem once it was clear what was happening underground. He explained what they would need to do and then he and his assistant got it done that day. They came back the next morning to add topsoil, smooth it out, and reseed the lawn. They did an excellent job and I would definitely use this company again.
Description of Work: Repair of leaking mound system; check of septic tank and overall waste water system. Excavation was required to make the repairs.
