Description of Work: Built our craftsman style lakefront home from the ground up. Filled in the details in the design economically and beautifully. Acting as general contractor, Bauheim handled all aspects of this construction project. Stayed close to budget while exceeding expectations in terms of quality. Subcontracted for site work, foundations, concrete, (metal) roofing, elevator, plaster, paint, carpeting, interior tile along with HVAC, electrical, and plumbing. DId all framing (including some spectacular timber framing), cabinet and appliance installation, window and door installation, hardwood flooring, all finishes and detailing (using locally grown walnut purchased very inexpensively), including many custom features. Worked quickly and efficiently, and delivered our dream home. We love living here!
