Description of Work: I contracted this company to replace a buried sewer line at a rental property I own. I told him he all the time he wanted to do the job, he just had to tell me when so I could notify the tenant what day he could not use the toilets or water in the home. He told me on 3 different days he would be there the next day, 3 times I notified the tenant. 3 times he failed to show up except one time when he went to the property just to look at it and found there might be a water line in the same area. The town was willing to be there with a water line tracer to tell him EXACTLY where the water line was, but I guess this scared him and he refused to do the job. He must not be much of an operator because after waiting for him for a month, I found a reliable company to do it in a week.
