+ -1 moreMr. Jr. Young arrived at 7:30am sharp, perhaps even a few minutes early. He was friendly and seemed like he knew what he was doing. I had called earlier in the week, because I was selling the house and the buyers wanted the septic pumped. They also noticed a smell coming from the tank, which I had noticed as well. The last company I had did not replace the caulking on the tank that was keeping the smell from seeping out. He pumped out my septic tank and replace the caulking in about 30 minutes. He also noticed that the bolts were not tight, which could have added to the leaking smell. The experience was pleasant and I would use them again in the future. As far as prices go, it seems fair and included the cost of materials (caulking). The other company I called came on a Saturday and cost $240, so it's in the same ballpark..
Description of Work: Pumped out a holding tank and replaced a seal.
