Description of Work: We had various heating and heating duct issues. An additional hot air return, new supply air outlet and supply registers were installed. An air duct was rerouted, and work was also done on the condensate pump discharge line.

Description of Work: Brad Mitchell installed two central air conditioning units for us several years ago. He fabricated all the duct work necessary to augment our forced hot air furnace duct work and devised a way to heat and cool a new addition. He has come back to our home a few times to help maintain the air conditioners.

+ -1 moreWe switched from oil to gas and Brad was recommended by our neighbors. After getting several quotes from 4-5 of the major companies in the area, it was clear that he was going to be the person we hire. Most of the solutions we were offered by all others sounded a bit off and the people we spoke with did not seem too trustworthy for many different reasons. Brad seemed to be the most knowledgeable person who came to our house. We were happy with the price(mid-point compared with the rest of the options we were given) and felt like we could trust him. He has been great throughout the process and we are looking for him to do some more vent work for us later this year. Very happy we chose him for the work and would absolutely recommend.
