Did not respond to two e-mails or two voice messages. I was attracted to ''Fixed or Free'' ad. I detailed my problem in e-mail. I gave them a ''F'' grade for'' Professionalism'' strictly due to the lack of courtesy. I identified myself as an Angie member in both communications.

VERY EDUCATED AND VERY REASONABLY PRICED. HE WAS VERY POLITE AND FIXED EVERYTHING I NEEDED. AND HIS MOTTO IS TRUE, 'FIXED OR FREE.'
