+ -1 moreThey are fast and accurate. They present these comps and study the comps. It is really important that appraisers are really accurate with their numbers. And your customers, looking at this company on Angie’s List do not want to over pay for their house or think that their house is worth too much either. So, it is very important that these numbers be accurate.
Description of Work: I used the real estate appraisal services of Fay Associates.
