 + -1 moreThe kitchen designer had to cancel her first appointment due to a family issue, which was completely fine. We rescheduled. She showed up on time and spent about an hour with me going over my kitchen and taking measurements and asking what I was looking to do, etc...She left saying that she would get back to me with a cabinet quote. Well, that was the last I heard of her. I waited 2 weeks and then emailed the general email address that is listed on their website. The person who replied to that email said they would check with the kitchen designer and have her get back to me. Well I never heard from them again. She wasted an hour of my day on a Saturday and I ended up spending $16,000 on cabinets elsewhere. I also purchased my 36" professional range from a different dealer as well. I'm not sure how this store stays in business when they wont even get back to their potential customers like they promised they would.
Description of Work: I went to Express Appliance to look at ranges. While we were there the appliance salesman talked us into setting up a time with the kitchen designer since we were about to embark on a kitchen remodel. The kitchen designer set up a time to come by our house to take measurements and then give us a kitchen design and a quote on kitchen cabinets.
