Agent insisted on a very low listing price for our home (quick sale = more profit). When we produced an appraisal for much more, the response was to denigrate the appraiser as incompetent. We selected a different agency and sold for $20k more than the originally suggested listing price. We feel inappropriate comps were used and the agent really didn't care about our side of the deal, just sell it quick.
Description of Work: provided initial service to sell our house.
