+ -1 moreHe was very responsive when I initially reached out to him to do the roofing repair work. He was very knowledgeable about products available and what would most closely match what I already had on the roof, since only the rear of the house needed to be replaced. The roofing repair was excellent and timely. However, they also agreed to replace a small piece of coilstock that was also damaged in the storm. They took the metal that I had to replace it with, and only after at least 6 requests and a final threat to contact the Police to report it stolen, did it ever get returned. They never did install it, but they prepared it for installation. At that point it was winter and we could not longer install it anyway Our interaction started out so good, and then went downhill very fast. The roofing work was however, excellent.

+ -1 moreHe has a different business model than most roofers. He employs a big crew so that he can bid small jobs such as mine and do them quickly. Eight guys on our roof, 7:00 A.M. to 1:00 P.M. and they were done. Fast, efficient and affordable.

+ -1 moreThe job seemed to be done on time. He was a little hard to get a hold of and it took some time for him to get back to you. The quality is fine, there is one little job that he has not finished yet and he should finish it this month. He was nice and pleasant to deal with, but hard to get a hold of. I would definitely consider using him again, as there weren't any major issues with him.

Description of Work: Estimate was best price of the 8 estimates I received for removing and replacing my asphalt roof singles. The job was dowe well and facias and soffits were done too. My house was built in 1969 and still had the original roof 43 years later so i really needed to be changed..
