 + -1 moreSo, on a Sunday we went to Angie's list and found a local plumber. He came within 20 minutes and was able to fix the pipe and advise us of how to prevent it again -- It had not frozen for 35 years, so hopefully with his advice, that we took, and precautions we won't need to use him again (but certainly would!)
Description of Work: It was the first day above freezing for a couple of weeks - we had a frozen pipe for over two days, then heard a whooshing sound in the basement - burst pipes.

Description of Work: Need a new water heater & also experiencing low water pressure. At the advice of a savvy friend, I checked this company out on Angie's List. I called in an inquiry on Tues afternoon, received a return call on Wed and they will be coming over later today (Thurs) to evaluate and provide an estimate. The gentleman I spoke to (Steve) sounded knowledgeable & professional.

 + -1 moreWe had not shut down our dishwasher properly. It was the first time we were calling them in a long time. The person who came out was very nice and efficient. He came out right away. We had the problem resolved, but I think he charged a lot. He didn't do anything except turn off the spigot. He just said that he would have to charge us for the call. We were very pleased with him.
Description of Work: We used B & B Hot Water Tanks Inc. to fix a leak in our basement.

 + -1 moreIt could not have gone any better. Fast Response, job done, no mess at all.....
Description of Work: Kitchen sink pipes leaking. Called MOnday morning and by Monday afternoon fixed. Worker advised that sink was plugged and that garbage disposal was failing. I asked him to take disposal out and fix pipes for same and clear plug. All done with not one bit of mess left over. And..replaced wire hoses on my washing machine...getting old. All done without one tiny bit of mess...I love these guys.....! Super response time....
