I have an old farmhouse. I did receive a couple of quotes, but I think most came by, looked at the roof, and decided that they would prefer to work on a more straightforward project. Robert stuck with me. We started with a quote for shingles, because everyone else told me a metal roof would be 3x the cost of shingles. When I mentioned that we would prefer a metal roof, Robert gave me an estimate that was surprisingly within reach. He was also patient with me when choosing colors. We did have a couple of delays, mostly because of weather, so it would be unfair to blame Robert and his crew for that. In fact, he was able to work on our roof sooner than expected. When Robert discovered problems underneath the old roof, he contacted me right away and he offered me practical solutions. The quality of the work seems good, and slight imperfections may be due to the old structure of the roofs that they have to work with. If my windows don't leak this winter and the snow falls off as we expect it to, then I will be able to speak to that better. Robert and his crew were professional and great to work with. They left the place in good shape every day. I enjoyed working with Robert.

Robert Demic Inc worked on our roof. He had a fair price. He did come right when he said he would. Didn't charge an unreasonable amount. He did a pretty good job. The roof still leaked and he came back, it wasn't his fault there was a lot. He came back and fixed it for a very reasonable price and did our old porch roof. Very honest, reasonable, experienced and skilled. It's hard to find someone who is 100% totally honest. He was. He was very, very good.

He does all kinds of work such as painting, carpentry and roofing. I don't dislike anything about him. I like his promptness and friendliness. His crew was courteous and neat. The quality of the job was good. I thought it was kind of pricey for the work.

He never came back when he said that he would. He did build the cricket and it is okay. We were a little disappointed in the workmanship. He was going to come back when the weather was better. Our chimney fell down and he did some of the roof work for it. I didn't contact him when he didn't come back.

It was a good experience. I liked the quality of his workmanship. He did a great job. His price was very good.

Their price was right. I actually talked to them over the phone twice and met them only once and they seemed pretty friendly. They seemed really nice.

Called Robert in the morning, asked him how soon he could do a roof inspection. By 1pm that day I had his opinion on the roof, he said the flashing needed to be re-done. It is now six months since we have moved in, the roof is leaking, he was right. Time to call him back for the job.

This was a very positive experience start to finish. The job was well done, with good attention to clean up, and my schedule and needs. They cleaned up very well to accommodate weekend activities, responded to a concern promptly and resolved it immediately. Everyone involved was professional and a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend Robert and his crew.

The experience with him was good. I was looking for a roofer in my area. I contacted many roofers and not many roofers got back to me immediately. Robert called me back promptly. He came out on time and did the roof inspection. He gave me pointers on exactly what I needed to do to make it safe. I also needed him to give me a letter of satisfactory inspection. I needed to give the letter to the bank, in order to get the loan. He had no problem writing the letter on the spot. He was so thorough that he had put too many notes in the letter. He also showed me some photos of the work that he had done for others. He did work on both the interior and the exterior of their houses. He charged $85 for the inspection. As far as the price was concerned, it wasn’t the cheapest, but I felt it was a fair price for the work done by him. I would use him again in the future, provided I get some reference for him, as he has done just a roof inspection for me and not done the actual roofing work.

I thought they did great. They were a later than we thought that they would be but they kept us updated about why they couldn’t make it; we had some rain problems which is their fault. They were professional, they communicated with us well, and they did the job in one day which is super.

Very well. they came when they said they would and they made immediate changes to things I wanted to be done differently or improved upon.

The workers are very efficient and polite.
