We have used Matt for a number of jobs, including some property clearing, re-stoning our drive, creating stone retaining wall for a deck addition, as well as the construction of two stone walls, along with the creation of this patio area. After each job, we have been very impressed by the quality of the work he and his crew have done, the professionalism of Matt and his workers, and the care they took in the clean up. Our true satisfaction was the reason we have chosen to use Atkins Property Services for each succeeding job. The creation of the patio area and abutting stone walls required that the job was done from scratch - from the preparation of the site, to the gathering of the stones on our property (we have plenty), to the building of the walls, to the preparation of the patio area, and then the reseeding of the lawn area. The wall and patio that Matt created are truly beautiful. Using natural stone from our property made building the wall a bit harder, but Matt's skills and artistry created walls that unquestionably look like they belong. The slate patio area is also a work of art. The irregular shapes Matt fit together were a wonder to behold. When given the Invoice for his work, we know that every dollar was well spent. Matt is a true Vermont craftsman in the best tradition. We could not recommend him more highly.

I got an estimate from Matt Atkins. He does things like landscaping, brush offing, and also, the stone wall work. He has done some work for us in the past. He created a stone wall that we did not know was possible. The consultation was excellent. This time of year he is very busy. He is in high demand.
