He completed the job, but it took a long time to do. Every time he would make an appointment with us, he wouldn't show up. We took many days off of work just waiting for him. He wouldn't answer his cell phone. His cell phone mail box would be full. He knew that we were definitely going to have our tenant moved in December first. We had been working with him late summer, October, and November. It's been an ongoing process with him. This last time I had called to make an appointment with him for the end of November. He said he would be there November 21st at 8:30 in the morning. I had called him on the Monday prior. He finally showed up at noon, told us he wasn't prepared to do the job, and got back in his truck and left. He didn't tell us when he would be back. He returned at 10:00 in the morning the following Monday. I was leaving to go pick up lumber, so I asked him to just make sure that the cats don't get out as he's coming and going. We returned several hours later and the front door was wide open. He had urinated in a toilet that was not even hooked up to working water yet. Luckily my cats did not get out. I talked to him and explained that I was not happy. He told me he was only there working until 12:30 or 1:00, but he charged me for four hours of work. The urine sat in the toilet for several days until we could get water. At this point I just want people to know that they shouldn't hire him. You will be waiting all day long and you won't know what you will come home to. The only reason we continued to use him is because he started the work.
Description of Work: He put in all of the rough plumbing in our apartment. He also got it all set and ready to put everything on to.
