The people I had were absolutely wonderful. He is coming out again in the future to do my bathroom.

Jim was invaluable in the planning stage of the remodel with ideas and suggestions and he directed me in how and where to order products and materials in order to keep my cost down. He started the demolition of the bathroom at the agreed upon time and finished the job in the time he had estimated. Jim was prompt, professional and cleaned up at the end of each days work. He was very good at problem solving when something unexpected came up and showed good attention to detail in his finish work. I found him to be a man of integrity. It was a pleasure working with him and the new bathroom is just what I was hoping for.

It was a fantastic experience to work with Jim. He does topnotch work, he's fast, he kept costs within budget, he's creative and relaxed . He can do just about everything. He is organized and efficient and ran a topnotch crew. Everyone was friendly and great. He transformed my house, turning it into an open, sun-filled, lovely little home. He is a gem to work with. I cant recommend him highly enough. Everyone I know around here feels the same way.

It was an amazing expierence to watch the house being built and take form. From framing to detailed shelving, it came together nicely. Jim worked with my unique tastes, gave feedback, and made suggestions. Nothing I wanted was simple or cookie cutter. The wood we used was from my own land, so there were natural defects and charactor wood to work with. Jim's always smiling, or at least keeping his sence of humor, even through feet of snow falling on the house before the roof was on, high winds when the plywood sheathing had to go on up in the peak, and record humidity when putting in the wood floors. The house is unique, good looking, well made and solid. Jim's come back to tend to detail as requested.

Jim has done many projects for me-- both large and small-- over the years. He is prompt, reliable, very skilled, FAST, honest, neat, intelligent and thoughtful in his work, cheerful, courteous, and reasonably priced. He arrives at the job very focused, and because he is so experienced he gets the job done quickly, which means that I actually save money over using less focused, or less experienced carpenters (who might charge less per hour but end up costing more). Jim's work always has the three main qualities I am looking for: solid, functional, and pleasing to the eye. I cannot recommend Jim highly enough!
