+ -1 moreThis is a housing Cooperative where people who want to buy a mobile home here also have to buy a share, which is 700.00. The share gives you one vote at the annual meeting; that's about all it does. The corporation is overseen by a board of directors, elected from the membership. As a result, the board here is extremely unprofessional and decisions have more to do with and against individuals rather than a focus on corporate matters. The "landlord/tenant" situation here is the worst I've ever seen.
