replacement windows, auto glass
+ 0 moreAfter the replacement, the defroster did not work. They very reluctantly replaced it again. Still did not work properly. I insisted they to use a Toyota window instead of the cheap ones they were using. They finally did it, but they were not nice about it at all. Considering that the Toyota window cost about $100 and they were billing my insurance company $450, you would expect them to be nicer about it.
Description of Work: They replaced a broken rear car window.

+ -1 moreI've used PG 3 times so far. I seem to go though a windshield a year on at least one of my cars. Very courteous, punctual and they contact and deal with the insurance company.
