His work is top notch, & he's totally reliable & very knowledgeable.
Description of Work: Kip Tewksbury has done all the repairs & maintenance on our large 4 unit building for many years. All painting, exterior repairs, gutters, as well as advising us about what needs to be done to keep the building in good condition. Also interior repairs & installation of new windows. Amount paid for work above is for the most recent episode: extensive repairs to exterior of the building, getting rid of rotted wood, rebuilding sections where the roof line meets the exterior walls, & painting.
