Alex did an excellent job and was obviously a professional. I rented a two-story house with more windows than most houses - storm windows, picture windows, odd shaped windows, sliding glass doors, french doors. The windows had not been cleaned in over 5 years so the view was blocked by bugs, spiderwebs, dirt, grime, etc. Infinity paid attention to detail and did a thorough job. I can finally open my shades and enjoy the view. And I can open my windows without worrying about what is in them.

It went horribly. I had arranged to meet them at the rental house (in West Dover) after work on Friday. They were supposed to start work around 4:00. Around 5:00, I returned a call from Alex, the principal, who said he hadn't realized we had a basement and it would cost more than the initial $250-$350 estimate. He said his wife "had a keen sense of smell" and could smell that something had died in the house (we'd been there the day before and that wasn't true, wasn't true the following day either). I think they just didn't want to do the work--they had been expecting a cushy vacation house job for a Friday evening, even though I had been clear that we'd lived there full-time and that the place was pretty messy because we'd been moving and not cleaning up after ourselves. It was very disappointing. He even left something in the freezer and called me to see if the house was still open so he could go back and get it, and then expected me to commiserate about how long the drive was from Brattleboro to Dover, when his company had just left us in the lurch without anyone to clean and NO TIME to do it ourselves. So I have no idea how well Infinity Cleaning actually cleans anything. But don't count on them for any kind of last-minute help or professional behavior.
