 + 1 moreThe whole crew there is friendly and courteous. They always review less expensive options even if you have yourself convinced you need a more powerful machine. It is refreshing to be able to trust someone is telling you the truth, not the thing that will make them the most money.
Description of Work: I purchased an iPad from Browns and also asked a few questions about upgrading my other Mac to OS Lion. Pat was/always is generous with his time and does not play the game many in computers do, the game that is supposed to make you feel stupid and dependent on them. He is respectful and I appreciate that.

Description of Work: My iMac hard drive failed. The data was backed up, and the drive replaced, then all data was restored. Flawlessly. I was told the repair would take 2-3 days, it was ready the next day.
