Description of Work: I was looking to purchase a house near my home town. Robert Doyle is a Real Estate Agent with Berkley, Veller and Greenwood in Brattleboro Vermont, who happens to know some of my family but not me, at the time. He learned of my interest and called offering to help me find a home. Robert asked me appropriate questions to gain an understanding of what my wishes were, found several properties to show me. When the perfect house was found he guided me in acquiring the property. Robert represented me, not the sellers, and really advocated for me well. He made sure the house was in great shape, all the inspections completed to high standards. He made sure the house was in perfect shape before I moved in. Robert's ability to network, navigate through all the many hurdles that pop up while purchasing a home, made if far less stressful than any other time I have purchased a home. (I have had 6 other homes in various states). I cannot say enough about how wonderful Robert was to work with. I highly recommend him if you are ever interested in purchasing or selling a home in southern VT and NH.
