 + -1 moreVery well. The store helped me pick out carpet that I liked at a price I could afford. They were able to schedule installation only a few days later. The installers came promptly as promised and completed the job carefully and efficiently. Everyone was very friendly and easy to work with. It looks great!

Description of Work: They came and did measurements of my house so I could order carpeting/laminate flooring. They were awesome - very prompt and professional. It just cost too much. I ended up doing the work myself. Even just buying the materials through them was more than I could find at most other places.

 + -1 moreRandy installed the carpeting as soon as it came in and did a masterful job. He not only vacuumed the room upon completion, but he fixed some moulding problem where the carpet meets the bathroom flooring. And I didn't even ask him to do that! Both Debbie and Randy followed up with me...with a 'thank you note' no less. I would definitely call Valley Floors again for my next project.
Description of Work: Valley Floors (Debbie Chase) helped me with carpeting for my bedroom. She was very patient as I went through all the options. Finally in the end, I found another carpet in another store that SHE did not carry...but she obtained it for me at a fair price. I really was searching for a 15 foot wide carpet so I wouldn't have any seams to deal with in the room.

 + -1 moreThey brought sample books to the office. Then ordered full size carpet tiles to try out. Gave several alternative tiles and prices. Then they ordered in and laid the tile on time and on estimate.
Description of Work: Install carpet squares in treatment rooms of an orthodontic office which required cutting around installed equipment. Very neat and professional job and cleanup, all in one day, so no patient time was lost. We would definitely use them again. Donald Neely, DMD

 + 0 moreWe selected the carpet at their showroom with excellent help from a very knowledgeable salesperson. The carpeting took about 3 weeks to arrive and Bob installed it in two days. I made myself available for questions and he did a careful and neat job. I will certainly ask for him again if I have more work done........
Description of Work: We ordered carpeting for two bedrooms and a hall. We chose commercial quality carpet with an upgraded pad.
