Description of Work: Bill, the owner, was very very helpful in fixing our Dish satellite and offered free advice on problems with our car audio. This man knows his business inside and out and is more than happy to help. Highly recommend them. Not sure if why there is a bad review on here --- maybe miscommunication on the consumer's part? A++++ - Thanks Stingray!

+ -1 moreThey never showed up for my appointment. Obviously, it went poorly.
Description of Work: I had an appointment at Stingray Electronics at 9:00 a.m. this morning. I arrived and the door was locked. I waited 20 minutes and no one showed up. They had my phone number and never called to indicate that there was a problem with my appointment time. They have lost me as a customer and I will not return there, nor will I recommend this business to anyone.
