+ -1 moreNumber one issue is the overcharging on propane price. Suburban filled my tank and thought they could get away with charging $5.79 per gallon. When I received the bill (and considering average bulk propane prices in my area are < $2.50/gallon I basically called them and said, come get it out of the tank as I'm not paying $5.79 a gallon for it. They "did me a favor" and reduced the charge to $3.90/gallon. Gee, thanks, (but never again). They also assessed my gas log fireplace starter not working properly. Their assessment, I needed a entire new gas log set-up (in a 5 year old home where the single issue is the electronic start is not 100% dependable). Do yourself a favor and use someone else (any else) for your propane and gas equipment needs.
Description of Work: Refilled in ground propane tank. Evaluated gas log fireplace issue.

Description of Work: our propane provide was sold to Suburban, they told us the home furnace was malfunctioning and though asked several times, NEVER provided an est to install a new one....switching to IRVING OIL, they are installing the new one

Description of Work: I requested that the provider sell us propane for a gas stove. Request was made in late August. I received proposed contract from provider more than two weeks later. Provider did not otherwise contact me or explain the delay. We went with more punctual provider.
