lawn mower repair
+ -1 moreThe total repair went well. It took a little more then a week which wasn't bad considering how many machines he was servicing. The total bill was fair for the work that was done. We would highly recommend their services to others.
Description of Work: They contacted us in early spring to let us know about a spring special they were running to get the garden tractor ready for summer mowing. They came to pick it up. They were so busy they worked late in the day. They made a commitment and stuck it. His day was not done until all the mowers were picked up to be worked on. He called when it was discovered that it needed a new clutch. He waited for the "go ahead" from us before he did anything more then the tune up.

+ -1 moreWe previously took the tractor to another repair shop who couldn’t get it working. We then took this to Tucker, told them what happened, and they took at it. They took the whole thing apart and removed tons of silt and gunk. The Tractor now runs like nothing ever happened to it, we couldn’t believe it. We are about three blocks from our house. They came to our house and picked up the tractor, did the work, and dropped it back off at our house at no extra cost. We are very impressed with them and can't say enough good things about them.
Description of Work: They repaired our Cub Cadet Garden Tractor.
