+ -1 moreWe didn't get an estimated time of arrival, so we had to wait around all day and he showed up in the late afternoon. It took him 10 minutes to find the problem and fix it. (bent hinges on range door). We were pleased that the service could be done the day after we called, but the price seemed a little steep for only 10-15 minutes of work. At least the oven appears to be working fine and the service was friendly and professional.
Description of Work: Oven repair to fix range door that wouldn't close.

Description of Work: The technician arrived on time and immediately tore into the dishwasher. He looked inside it a little bit, and put it back together. He deduced it was a problem with the control panel. He wrote up a bill for 89.00, for 10 minutes of work. I asked if I would be charged for another hour when he returned, he said yes. Tatro's ordered the part($150), and I elected to put it in myself(approx 15 minutes), and the dishwasher has worked great since. The technician got it right, but it was just a little too spendy for such a simple job.

+ -1 moreWe had tried to secure a visit by an alternate repair service and we were given a date two + weeks in the future which isn't very helpful when you need a repair done on your refrigerator. Tatros sent a repair person the same day as I called them!! Efficient and Effective. Craig and Ben responded to our call - one of these guys was the skilled repairman and he brought an apprentice with him, in response to my our call for refrigerator repair. They advised me if the fix they suggested didn't work, what the next steps might be and the approx cost.
Description of Work: Responded quickly to send a 2 person repair team without any additional charge. The 2nd person was an apprentice for large appliance repair.
