Description of Work: Hutchins did all 4 roofs, 1 roof per 2 units, on our 7 unit townhouse association. They did an excellent job and came back when there were questions. This was a very large expense for a small association and Mr. Huchins was very fair. |

Description of Work: I contacted Hutchins for a quote to roof my home. They were very prompt in arriving at the agreed time and took the necessary measurements. The representative explained all the options and made suggestions for different roofing materials for the four roofs on the house. He followed up in a couple days with a very competitive quote. I eventually went with another contractor who was able to do some additional repair projects that were not roof related. I wouldn't hesitate to use and recommend Hutchins as a roofing contractor in the future.

 + -1 moreTalked with company ? told them my issues / concerns. Received an estimate. They called me ? prices were going up on the metal, so if I could tell them what color I wanted they were going to get it ordered before the increase. Scheduled work Workers were very professional. They cleaned up everything, we didn?t find any stray shingles,screws, nails or metal scraps. They gave me a scrap piece of metal (when I asked for it) to go to the paint store. When we called them after the job with a concern ? they came that day to check it out.
Description of Work: Removed existing shingles and replaced with a metal standing seam roof.
