Description of Work: Determined a water leak was from my baseboard heat and fixed a bad connection. Jeff was very responsive and extremely understanding of my situation (I needed to get it fixed but had to be somewhere else). Jeff handled it very well - the customer service was exceptional - I would recommend them highly. Price was very reasonable.

Description of Work: How difficult it must be to get a plumber the day before the 4th of July! Not with Bert Fuller. Co owner Jeff was at my door to install a new sump pump within the hour. He had just sent out his crew on work assignments when I called. Rather than charge me an emergency fee, he came down himself to do the work What a gentleman! He even put in a more efficient pump that cost a total of 200.00. A previous plumber ( no longer in business ) charged me $1000.00 for a noisy, larger pump that was overkill for my needs. He cleaned everything up, gave me tips on how to create longevity for the pump, and said for me not to hesitate to call if I had questions. This is a solid, professional company run by a salt of the earth family for decades. An A+ on every level. Trust me, you will not be disappointed with this blue ribbon company and it's prompt, polite, and professional experienced crew.

Description of Work: We had leaking into the basement from a pipe above. An electrician friend (who is actually pretty handy with house repairs overall) looked the situation over and could not figure out the problem; he recommended wrapping the exposed part of the pipe with plumber's tape. That did nothing to help. I called Mr. Fuller; he said he'd come by within the hour—which he did. He found the fix to be a simple tightening of a screw on the toilet. He said that because the fix was so simple he'd charge half of his normal fee. He also showed me how to make the repair myself in case the same thing happened again.

Description of Work: The inline house water filter in my basement burst and I had to shut off the main water supply. I called Fuller the next day and he came that morning. He removed the broken filter and installed a new section of pipe with 2 couplings,turned on the water to check the fittings, and tightened an unrelated gateway valve that I asked about.

Description of Work: Was hired to come and troubleshoot my camp where I had a leak in my pipes by my bathroom shower. They came in and discovered that a pipe had burst right out the copper elbow over the winter and were able to replace the problem without tearing everything apart. They simply took apart the valve, heated up the busted elbow, removed the elbow and soldered in a new one. Also, while under the camp, they noticed that a valve had been leaking, so they replaced that and checked over the rest of the water supplies and drainage for any other immediate problems.
