+ -1 moreHorrible would be and understatement. We needed a well. Estimate was 8-9000$. Final cost was 14,500$, an 80% overrun. Kim and Keith, the owners NEVER communicated with us, making no attempt to let us know we were way over our budget. We compared their charges to other local drillers, and found that they are HIGH cost. Avoid if you can, otherwise be very careful,and have EVERYTHING in writing.

+ -1 moreThis company serviced the pump in this house for many years and they were always reliable. Unfortunately, when our pump failed recently, it took 3 calls to finally get a return call - 19 hours after that first call. We were told they were working on a problem well and given no ETA for when they could even look at it. After three days (with no running water), we were given the number of a company they supposedly contracted with... and it was disconnected. We called someone else.
