My husband and I didn't have a specific town in mind when we started our search so much as the need to stay within our budget. We knew that we wanted to be in the in the upper half of the state which covers a lot of territory!! I would give Leslie lists of homes we were interested in seeing and she would comb through them letting us know the pros and cons of each. Since we live out of state the appointments for viewings would have to be scheduled very closely together to be all done in either one or two days when we were able to travel to Vermont - which required a lot of organization. Through many days of traveling to different homes she patiently answered all of our questions and kept her sense of humor. When we finally chose the right one for us, she walked us through every step right up to until the closing was completed. I know we were not one of her highest paying commissions, but the fact that she treated us as though we were spoke volumes. I would highly recommend her services to others.
