Process went very smoothly. Very professionally handled, cleaned up after himself and provided adequate information so that I was able to understand the process and system. It was a pleasure doing business with Mr. Breer.
Description of Work: Radon Mitigation. Radon level tested above allowed levels. Mr. Breer drilled hole in concrete floor, installed piping and fan system to reduce levels of radon. Ran tests post mitigation and results were positive.

Great.
Description of Work: Jim reviewed a report made by a professional building service prior to our purchasing the house. The radon level was '16.' He designed and installed a system in two stages. The first stage lowered the level to a point just above the recommended minimum. The second stage of his work reduced the level to '2.' He followed up promptly some months later to repair the vent stack which had come loose as a result of a heavy snow load, early on the morning following our afternoon phone call to him. He understands his work, doesn't give up, is always honest and courteous, and cleans up as he works. Very highly recommended in this line.
