+ -1 moreI called back to report that I had found someone nearby who could also do the job right away, and cancelled our tentative appointment. She was very pleasant. I was pleased with the promptness of service and with the professionalism she exhibited.
Description of Work: I called Bigelow/Access for an estimate of repair to springs on my garage door. The person answering the phone was friendly and professional. Without my asking, she immediately gave me an estimate of work, including the travel charge since I live an hour from their offices. She was able to schedule me for just three business days from today, and was totally understanding when I said I would get an estimate for someone closer.
