Pam and her team are wonderful! My house has never been so clean. I hate dusting, my husband has allergies and Pam does floor to ceiling cleaning every other week. What a load off! She and team are very reliable and punctual. Thank you!

I began using Pam's Magic Wand in September 2014. We moved to a bigger house and I was having trouble keeping up with the demands. We currently using Pam bi-weekly. Pam was super friendly when I originally called and was able to fit us in to her busy schedule. Not only that but was also able to accommodate around my daughters nap time. Pam and her staff and all friendly, professional and respectful. They are extremely thorough and responsive to any feedback, requests or scheudle changes. I am very picky when it comes to house cleaning and Pam definitly met my expectations.

Pam is great to work with and does a very thorough job. She is very flexible in what you want cleaned, and accommodates changes in the schedule when needed (i.e. holidays). We just had a major remodel done, and she was great about missing some dates, and also spending more time after the project was complete to make sure everything was back in order.

Very good job done, courteous, no breakage, seeks to understand and meet needs, friendly and helpful.

After a slow decline in my expectations when I started working far more hours, I finally admitted that I needed to get help or move somewhere smaller. I contacted Pam and setup a bi-weekly schedule. Since I had family coming to stay with me in less than a week, including a toddler, I asked and she was able to find a one-time block of time to come before company arrived to get things ready. I've only had that cleaning and one regularly scheduled cleaning since, but not only is the house clean and tidy (I forgot how warmly shiny some of the woodwork is), but it has imbued my whole home with a general feeling of increased civilization. I've never used a cleaning service before, so I don't have much to compare it to, but I'm hooked.

She was very happy with them. I had actually gone and made the connection to my mother, but I gave my mother all the information. My mother liked them very much. They were good and they cleaned well. When I called Pam, she said she couldn't do it as she was really booked for next two months. I said my mother's house was so dirty and she was crying. Pam made arrangements to come out that Saturday, which was very nice of her as nobody likes to work on a Saturday. She really came through for us. I never shopped for the price.

She does a fabulous job - very thorough, works very hard, very honest and reliable. She has been flexible in meeting our needs as well. I highly recommend her and her team.

Pam's company cleaned my small house top to bottom, and did a very thorough and professional job. The first couple of times they cleaned according to what they usually do. The next time I gave them a list of what my priorities were and they followed that and did a great job. Pam is very conscientious and trustworthy. They are usually on time. If not, they call. They are hard workers. It is not the cheapest cleaning service, but Pam's is worth every penny and more. I would highly recommend them.

I called Pam and heard back from her the next day and she was punctual meeting me at my home for an estimate and came for the first cleaning in less than a week. I'm getting my home cleaned every other week and they have done a great job. I would recommend.

Pam and her service providers arrived promptly for the initial total house cleaning. They were extremely thorough; the work involved removing cobwebs; wiping windowsills; cleaning exterior cabinets (kitchen and bath); cleaning bathrooms; cleaning exterior light fixtures; cleaning countertops; dusting furniture and bookshelves; cleaning exterior of appliances; vacuuming rugs/hardwood/tile floors; and mopping tile floors and hardwood. They also helped with some general organization of any things that were not put away. On a side note, we had moved into our home a few months earlier and regrettably had hired a different company to do our move-in cleaning...that other company did not do a very thorough job, so we were extremely happy with the work Pam's Magic Wand did for us since it was the first "real" cleaning that old house had probably received in the last 5 years! Pam and her crew did such a wonderful job that we hired Pam's Magic Wand to clean our house every two weeks; they also clean my office every two weeks. Each time, they arrive promptly, are very friendly and professional, and get all the work done in a timely manner. I would also like to mention that I accidentally overpaid Pam for the initial total house cleaning. I was just going to have her keep the overpayment and apply it to a subsequent cleaning, but she immediately sent me a refund check for the overpayment. She is a very honest person; I have no concerns with giving her access to our home when we are not there. Since owning my first home in 1999, I have used many cleaning services. I can honestly say I have not had as great an experience as I have using Pam's Magic Wand.
