SMOOTH SAILING CERTIFIED HOME INSPECTIONS

Sorry David I have taken so long. David Sawyer went completely through my potential home purchase. Top to the bottom. My realtor was present at the time and was as impressed as I was with the thorough inspection Mr. Sawyer provided. Mr. Sawyer was recommended to me from a friend who is a builder. My friend had David inspect a house that my friend's daughter purchased. She bought her house. I bought my house armed with the information of what's good and what needs attention prior to purchase. David went above and beyond what I expected of a home inspector. He promoted safety in the home and the importance of having a plan if there is a fire.

It went very well. Very detailed and happy to answer any questions. He began the inspection with my realtor and I met him close to the conclusion of the inspection where he went over the things he had found. He later provided a detailed report and shared pictures of all things mentioned. After having a question on something I forgot to ask, he went above and beyond and returned to the house the next day to find out what I was asking about. I was very impressed with the initiative and willingness to provide as much information as possible.

David was the home inspector. He was thorough with inspecting all areas of the home I am in the process of purchasing. Where there was any issues with any part of the inspection, David promptly brought it to my attention and gave me advice as to how to deal with it in the future. The inspection overview was understandable and accurate. The cost for his services was fair.

Our Realtor recommended him to us. We had a very short time span in which to have an inspection done. He was able to fit us in the same day we called. The first house he inspected everything was great until he found a huge sewage problem in the crawlspace. He saved us from wasting a lot of time and putting an offer on a house with a very expensive problem. He inspected the second house which we ended up buying, and he did a great job again.
