Work was unable to be performed because of issues with the woodwork but Neal was extremely responsive and professional. He started the work realized the work wouldnt turn out well and rather than complete it and take the money he stopped and cleaned up the debris and didnt charge for the dem that had been completed. I am now trying to find a way to reframe and then have him come back to screen. Very appreciative of his honesty and ethical business practices. Todd
