Description of Work: I have received short notice military transfer orders so I am trying to prepare my house to sell so I do not have a lot of time to call several people out. First he took 3 days to return my phone call but I had not hired anybody else at this point. I asked him to come restretch carpet and put down 2 new metal threshholds leading to 2 of my bathrooms. He quoted me $75 over the phone and then charged me $85 after the work was completed, he sited the cost of the metal as the reason for raising the price. He replaced silver colored thresholds with ugly brass ones stating thats all he has. Again I do not have time to call somebody else. He cracked 2 of the tiles in the corners where he attached the threshold. I didnt notice it while he was at the house but he had to have because he was down there on his hands and knees and he didnt bother 2 say anything. Now he wont return my calls. I would reccomend people never hire this guy!

Description of Work: I have used Rudalf's Carpet Services 2-3 times in the past. They carpeted my whole house on all the floors at their last visit.
