They were very good. They were thorough and very professional. They did a good job.

They did an awesome job. They cleaned six rooms, an ottoman, and a couch. The worker was great. They do bring in a big machine to clean. He showed up when he said he would. He was here for several hours. I have dogs and he got all the hair and messes from them cleaned up.

Great family business run by a father/son team. Rodney gave me a great deal compared to the prices of the other companies I researched. They arrived 15 minutes early, did a walk-through and explained in detail the cleaning process and the cleaning agent they would be using. They were very quick and thorough with their work, getting in every little space to include the back corners of the closets. I am very happy with their work and happy to have "like new" carpets in my recently purchased home. I was so please with their work I am having them come back to clean the carpets in the rental home I am vacating. Rodney cut me a good deal on the second home! Highly recommend this company!!

First, these are the nicest team of workers I've ever had in my home. They are prompt, courteous, and polite and aggressively tried to clean my carpets and leave them dry. Unfortunately, they were unsuccessful at this due to a combination of 1) the extremely thick, high density Karastan carpet in my home, and 2) their use of a non-truck mounted steam cleaner which was unable to get the water out of the carpets easily. Part of my home (200 sq ft) has commercial grade carpet - that didn't come clean, but it was dry when they finished. The rest of the house took a full 36 hours to dry completely. I'm no novice to this - Servicemaster has come every 6 months and kept this carpet in fabulous condition. Unfortunately, Servicemaster on Commerce Dr in Yorktown cancelled on me for the previous 3 cleanings to do restorations for someone else. That wasn't Rodney's issue. This was actually my 2nd attempt to use this team - hoping that the first time was simply some malfunction in the equipment. Unfortunately, what they have won't work for my home. If you have "normal" carpets, I suspect that this is a great choice for you. But if you have carpets with dense nap over 1" thick, you're going to need truck-mounted suction to get the water out. I am now left in search of still another company who can handle my twice-yearly cleanings. No luck yet.

They do a good job. It is a family-run company and they are pretty responsive when you call them. Their prices are also reasonable.

It went our really good. I like everything, they clean the carpet very well and they were really quick, it took nothing but an hour; they were very thorough and they answered all my questions. They knew what they were doing.

Rodney was incredibly responsive. I found out on Friday morning that I had to have a receipt for a carpet shampoo for my property management company to consider the carpets shampooed (right after I had finished shampooing them myself) and he said he could come by at 2pm on Saturday and quoted me $160 for the service. Saturday morning he called me and said he had a cancellation if they could come by at 11:30 instead. He beat me to the townhome at 11:15 and was finished with the carpets by noon, then said that the rooms were smaller than he thought so he was only going to charge me $140. The carpets came out great, Rodney was very professional and got the job done on short notice and I really appreciated the extra mile after being put in a bind to get the carpets cleaned by Monday. Great company to work with, would call them again in a second.
