Job took 2 1/2 days. Workers arrived on time and worked steady. The end product was good. One worker has to come back for some touch up.

Very professional employees, through work arrived and finished on scheduled time and on budget.

We discovered that several pieces of our wood siding had rotted from the inside out due to water entering near our electric meter. Scott came by the same day I called to look at the issue. After consulting with an electrician due to the location of the electric meter, Scott timely provided an estimate of the work. He and his crew arrived on time the scheduled day and removed the rotting wood siding and part of a porch post located adjacent to the wood siding. The replacement siding was well-matched to our Williamsburg-style siding. We provided the paint to match the house. The repairs were very well done and make it look like we had never had a problem.

Scott gave us an accurate scope of work and showed us where the competitor was proposing unnecessary repairs. He showed up on the scheduled day on-time and completed the work in a timely fashion for the amount quoted.

Everything went fine with them I just decided to go with someone else.

The job was flawless, they held to their budget and finished on time.

Scott promptly contacted me to schedule an estimate. He arrived on time and was courteous and professional. He seemed knowledgeable and provided great information about what it would take to complete the work. I contacted three painters who had good ratings on Angie's List for estimates. To my surprise, NONE of them took any measurements. None of the three provided an estimate that included a cost per square foot or inch for labor or estimate of the amount of paint it would take with cost estimates by paint grade. None provided a separate cost to hang the photograph. It seemed that all three provided WAGs. Scott and one other painter provided estimates within $50 of each other, which were twice as expensive as the third. While I have no doubt that Scott would have done a quality job, I just had the work completed by someone who did a quality job at half the price.

I did not select him. It took almost a week to get a quote and the price was outrageous.

The entire process was handled in a professional manner. We are extremely pleased with the workmanship. The price was slightly higher than the estimate due to additional repairs (some that we requested; some necessitated by the doorway being taller than the screen door we ordered) while the job was in progress.

Scott is a true artist. I have seen the work he's done on many of my client's homes and when it came time to paint my house, I wouldn't trust it to anyone but Scott. He did a great job and thankfully my wife was very happy with the results!

Scott is great! His staff is very prompt, exceptionally courteous and professional. They were very meticulous about washing the exterior and explained any damage that my house had before they started their work, so that I would be aware in detail of what condition it was in prior to their work. It looked AMAZING afterward, the moldy green algae disappeared from the shady North side of the house, and it was whiter white than when I bought the house 9 yrs ago. I was exceptionally pleased with the service, quality and value of Painting by Scott.

Great, Scott will kid and say that he is more than a painter, that he is an application specialists. When I saw his finished product I knew he was serious. He also told me that he drug tests his employees. That made me feel comfortable knowing that they were going to be alone in my home.

Work was done very professionally. We were indecisive about paint colors, and they were very patient and helpful while we made a final decision. Walls were patched and sanded before painting, and window trim was filled where needed. Repairs were made to a door that was sticking, and now it opens and closes easily! They were very responsive to questions. I would definitely use this company again.

Did a great job. A bit slow to start the job, some delay because he was trying to finish another job, but once on the job did the job well, fast, and cleaned up after himself. Very professional. He wasn't the cheapest, but came highly recommended.

We really loved the way our trim turned out. We would recommend them to everyone. They did a very good job and we thought they used great quality of paint. They did a very good job of cleaning up everything when they finished. We heard of this company from a flyer.
