Stephen Norman did a great job installing a replacement thermostat for my old HVAC unit. He solved a problem that got the unit running that the instructions said wasn't needed. He got the system up and running and my wife and I are thoroughly satisfied with the service Steve provided. Great job Steve and great job Norman's Quality Repair!

GREAT! We were having trouble trying to figure out how to remove our screens from our windows to repair the screens, he came out the same day and showed us how to remove the entire window and screen and didn't charge me for the visit.

He was excellent he called right away and came out the next day did excellent work showed up exactly on time! Couldn't be happier definitely recommending!

Excellent- Steve identified a less expensive repair than I planned and still met my goals. Instead of replacing the entire pull down stairs for the attic, Steve was able to improvise by using regular hardware to replace the broken hinge (OEM part no longer available). I’m very pleased with the repair and Steve’s excellent communication.
