replacement windows, sunrooms

Description of Work: This company is out of business. I attempted to contact them to arrange a repair for a damaged door handle on the sunroom which they built for us in 1995, and got the recording saying the number was not in service, no reference available.

 + -1 moreIt went fine. They came and hauled off all the trash and the dumpster. They were pretty easy to work with.
Description of Work: Malani Bros built a 10x14 glass and aluminum prefab sunroom on a stickbuilt deck.

 + -1 moreFirst of all I expected a crew to do the job, one man showed up to do the work. The job was to be completed in three to seven days; that was not the case. It was more like a month and a halt and the job was still not complete to my satisfaction. I made numerous calls and letters to Ray Malani, to no avail. They have been very unresponsive. The room leaks and they need to replace the windows; they have not done this work.
Description of Work: A sun room was to be built over an existing deck. They to do all electrical work plugs for an overhead fan and lighting and outside lighting. They were to get the proper permits and inspection's.
