Description of Work: Full house pressure washing. I have used Jay's services for over 10 years. They do quality work at reasonable prices, promptly and reliably.

Description of Work: Jay's Painting painted the outside of our brick home, which amounted to the trim, soffits, window frames, lintels, door frames and doors. They also caulked all windows where needed, and repaired some rotted wood around the bottom of the front door. | |The front door work was a challenge, to be sure. I would have hoped for straighter corners/edges on this work, but it does look much better. Time will tell if it hold up. | |We were billed for the work after their initial visits, however the caulking around the windows that had been discussed and requested during the initial walk-through had not been done. This was easily fixed with one call (it was an administrative oversight), and a crew was out in short order to finish the job. Although Jay did warn that some caulk that had separated from the windows but was still firmly adhered to the brick may not be removed for fear of damaging the brickwork, I did find some old, separated caulk on the brick that was easily removed, so I would have expected it to be removed by the company. However, it wasn't enough to complain about, just a few areas here and there. | |Jay provided a lot of services for the same price that other companies would have given less. Easy to work with, and followed up on all communications in a timely manner. | |NOTE: It took over 3 months to get on Jay's schedule (May - August). This is not a knock on Jay's Painting - they were just that booked up. This is just a warning to get on their schedule as early as possible!

Provided a verbal estimate, then followed up with an email contract listing all items to be performed (4). Advised us when we could expect work to commence (5). Followed through on all areas per contract and provided estimates of additional work to be covered and written change orders for our approval. (6). Work performed per contract by polite and knowledgeable crew

Description of Work: Did a low pressure wash to clean the exterior of the house and the entire deck. Scraped and removed loose paint and caulk. Caulked where needed. Painted two coats of premium paint on exterior wood trim, garage door, front porch, front door and window shutters. (needed two coats because surfaces were in bad shape). Stained wood surfaces around deck. Installed new front door handle and lock.

Description of Work: Jay's Painting was hired to paint the exterior trim and doors on our single family home. First his crew pressure washed the exterior of the house and our shed. Second they painted the trim and doors. While painting the trim it was discovered that beneath the gutters significant water damage to wood boards/facia had occurred. Jay recommended that we consider replacing the gutters because the gutters had to be removed for the wood to be replaced. We received an estimate from Carefree Gutters through Jay's painting and we also received other estimates. We chose to go through Jay's painting to get the gutters replaced. We added a fence painting also to the job. Jay's Painting guaranteed their paint and caulk job for 2 years.

Description of Work: Jay's Painting re-painted an 12x24-foot shed in my backyard. It was previously "stained", but we wanted it painted white to match our house.

Description of Work: I used Jay's Painting & Pressure Cleaning Inc few weeks ago. They had to replace water damage and paint all the trims. They reglazed the two big flash windows. I did not even know what reglazing meant. They power washed the house as well.
