The manager of the project was always in contact with us by phone and e-mail regarding the progress of the project, whether it was delays due to weather or the actual progression of the work. When completed, he returned to check the quality and had no reservation about adding grouting the project to refine the finished appearance. The work was of the highest quality and the service reflected extreme pride in workmanship. The team of laborers were highly respectful and industrious working under some of the most difficult heat conditions of the summer. The work has been complimented by many neighbors and friends.

The technician, Mark was fantastic! He took his time and explained how the system works, how to spot potential problems and where to go to buy parts if needed. Mark is the best tech that I have had to date.

They did a great job and completed an 8 zone system, connecting it to an existing pump and well, in one day. They were careful to lay out a route that avoided problems with the existing system of wells and pipework in the yard.

The team that installed my sprinkler system were efficient, accurate and very professional. They use modern techniques which did very little damage to the lawn. I could hardly tell they were here when they were done.

I initially used HR Irrigation for an irrigation system in my front yard and called them back when to expand into the backyard based upon a landscaping plan. I mentioned that I wanted a significant amount of paver/stone work done in conjunction with this effort. HRI asked if they could provide me an extensive and comprehensive bid on the stone as well. I ultimately selected HRI because of the detail provided in the plan, responsiveness, customer service focus and cost. I LOVE IT!! They addressed concerns along the way and helped me tweak the install as necessary. This company is fantastic.

This company didn't seem to be too concerned about fixing the sogginess in my sloped backyard that became soggy after their sprinkler system's installation. Lots of problems soon after installation. Technician came out numerous times for repairs and adjustments. I wish I had a better review, but you need to know that things can get bad. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. I would give them a zero star if I could. They were pricey, equipment didn't work, & were inconsiderate of my frustration. Not much HRI can respond to about my comments. Their work was my nightmare!

The Tech was great,very helpful and kind.Just had to wait over a week for service. Other than that things were great.

Very responsive. Delivered the goods as promised. Would definitely recommend them to someone looking to connect all their gutter downspouts to a drainage system.

Technician who performed the work was outstanding. Explained everything, walked me through the work he performed, made great recommendations and adjustments to the irrigation system. The cost was extremely high. The repair of system which only included replacing and raising sprinkler heads was 1/3 the cost of installation. Company business practices are questionable specifically failing to honor the military discount. Scheduling can be problematic as they will only call one day prior to performing work. I would cautiously recommend based on the technician's quality of work only.

The quality of the work was great. Bert the owner came out personally to give us the estimate and supervised the work when they installed the sod. There is still a couple things to be corrected with the sprinkler system, but overall a good experience. It was also very easy to make changes to the work and to talk with the people in the office.

The work has been delayed several times mostly because of weather concerns, but they always kept me informed of the current status and rescheduling. Highly recommending them.
