Hampton Roads Irrigation and Landscape

First, I was very pleased with the cost estimate, I expected much more. The job was started & completed on time and was done in a very professional manner. The installers were very accommodating, professional and courteous. You should hire this company.

HR IRRIGATION RESPONDED QUICKLY TO MY REQUEST, CAME OUT AS SCHEDULED AND PROVIDED A REASONABLE ESTIMATE WITH A LIST OF OPTIONS. INSTALLATION WAS MADE ON TIME AND ONLY TOOK ONE DAY. THEIR INSTALLATION WAS PROFESSIONAL AND CLEANED UP AFTER COMPLETION. I WAS VERY SATISFIED WITH THEIR RESPONSE AND WORKMANSHIP. NEXT I WILL BE DISCUSSING A CONTRACT FOR SEASONAL PREPARATIONS.

Due to a miscalculation on Hampton Roads Irriagtions part, the bid increased. Also we had to call them back to redo some of the worked area. The second attemp to satisfy us was successful. As the work was being done on property that no one lived on, we had to meet to survey the work on the second attempt.The original landscaping was done without anyone present from the organization requesting the work.

I needed to have a backflow device replaced and they came out on time and did the job within an hour. Their office staff is courteous and answered all of my questions.

They were supposed to level a place to put a 15 ft. round pool...After the pool was put up and filled with water, one side was app. 6 inches higher than the other..Am trying to reach Hampton Roads Irrigation with no responce from them..............Please help

Contacted me the same weekend I filled out the service magic request. Came the following weekend (my preference they could have come earlier) to replace the anti-siphon valve on sprinkler system. Tech was on time, courteous and knowledgeable. Replaced valve, checked system, discovered another problem with system (valves would not turn on electrically) Trouble shot system, determined it was the controller wire to valves. Said he did not have equipment to fix, suggested they come back next week with correct tools and equipment to solve problem. All in all - professional, reasonable cost, timely and quick.

They came on time and performed the work I had asked for. My only problem was that they did not first give me an estimate of the cost. They said they would send an invoice, but to date I still do not know how much I will end up paying them.
