Our technician, Beau, did a great job. The project included mounting an 85 inch TV and sound bar on our Family room wall. This included putting an outlet behind the TV and hiding all wires. Beau was very familiar with how this work needed to be done and was meticulous in getting in getting the details done right. He communicated extremely well throughout the process and performed the work very neatly, and when the job was completed he made sure everything was cleaned up. Genesis?s office communicated with me well throughout this process, as I required several changes to the date as the delivery of my TV was delayed. I highly recommend Genesis for TV installation and similar projects.

Scheduled for 11-2 pm arrived after 5pm. I blame homeadvisor/Angi whoever Scheduled this service. Also do NOT like having to pay in advance before work has even begun. Because of this will not be using you in the future

The technician stole from me. I left him in the bedroom to do his job. He stole my airpods and left the box. It was new and still sealed. He left the empty box. I am new to the area and never had visitors. He was the Only person in that room.
