They were friendly and very informative. When it came time to sign the contract I questioned the amount of the bill and got dismissed. The contract was not itemized and I requested one. I received it via email and notice some discrepancies. I already knew what the flooring/labor costs were and something wasn't adding up. I called and spoke with the same gentleman that dismissed me the first time. A delivery charge was added to the material price and then taxes. Why charge a delivery fee if they are coming to installed the flooring? Then the labor estimate was screwy. I questioned that and was told that everything was included in the total price. I was dismissed again! I want to know exactly what I am paying for. I also felt like the total bill was overpriced. It is unfortunate that this happened. They do have a large selection of flooring and very substantial lighting so you can see what you are looking at. A lot of flooring stores are very dim and it makes it difficult to see the products properly.

Job was done in one day even though scheduled to take two. Carpet looks great, wears well with two dogs, a cat, two kids in the house.

The initial install of our downstairs carpet went very well. They came in and moved all our furniture out of the way which was a great help since our house was so small, we had no place to move it to prior to their arrival. The carpet looked wonderful and was installed very well. Later we had an issue with a loose seam in the carpet, and they came right out and fixed it. The only issue I had with this is that the man who came to look at it refused to come into our house because of our dogs (labrador retrievers...) so someone else had to reschedule to come out. Later we had the upstairs carpet replaced and used remnants from the original install from the stairs. I was confused about the necessity of purchasing more carpet to finish the stairs as I thought we had enough in remnants and found Dominic to be short with me when I asked about it. But, again, fantastic job laying the new carpet and installing it. Looked wonderful when finished.

The 2 installers arrived on time. They were pleasant to interact with, conscious of the mess they were making and how best to do that. They ended up doing most of the sawing of the wood on our front porch, which worked quite well I believe. They finished around 5:00 and cleaned up nicely after themselves and left me with THE most gorgeous hardwood floor! I was thrilled. It looks top quality including the edges, door openings, top of stairs, and ends of the shoe molding. Well done!

Overall: 80 percent went well and the last 20 percent has been one big hassle. Salesman was great on the floor (informative) and came out to our place immediately. After we selected the tiles, we paid for half of the work up front. The tiles came in quickly and the floor guys were at our house pretty quickly. (They came an hour late the first day.) We went through some details of what we wanted, in particular, we wanted our radiator covers trimmed so that they sat flush with the new floor (a given) and we wanted a gradual transition from the dining room to the kitchen. The radiator covers were not cut sufficiently the first time and they forced them back into place. This resulted in gouged new tiles and paint chipped off the covers from forcing them. As for the transition floor strip, they installed a 1-inch wide strip, which created a very abrupt transition (more like a little step between rooms). I was informed that they don't carry wider transitions which I find odd for a flooring store. With the bulk of the work done, we paid the remaining half. Mistake. Other grievances: crew was late up to a few hours; once they have your payment, they are not responsive; it took about 2 weeks to get the radiator covers cut properly; it was like pulling teeth to have the contractors come back to fix the ruined tiles; contractors did a poor job sealing in between the tiles. This last point we found out because our fridge leaked and when we stood on those tiles, water squeezed out from below. We called the store to have them reseal the tiles and when the contractors arrived: they didn't have any sealant! Final grievance: After more than a week, the sealant arrived and the salesman asked my husband, "did we want him (the salesman) to just drop it off at our house or did we want him to apply it?" Salesman came over, did 5 min demo, and then we found ourselves on our hands and knees completing the sealant.

The guy that installed the carpet did a very good job of installing and stretching the carpet for me. He was very quick and finished our carpet in about a half of a day. I felt that he really knew what he was doing. In our office he was careful to go around the water heater and furnace safely. The one down fall that didn't impress me was that he didn't clean up after himself.

This was a very good crew who did a great job. I had one little problem, but I was sure they would take care of it. I had a problem with the bill and they solved that problem right away. They were honest and I liked the job they did.

Our kitchen looked wonderful with the new floor they put in for us. The price was excellent for the amount of work they did for me. They also cleaned up their mess when they were done. We haven't noticed anything wrong with the floor at all.

We had carpeting in my kitchen and dining room, and now wanted vinyl in my kitchen area. We had purchased the vinyl through them and then set up a time for the installation. They came out on time. They were professional. They did a great job on my flooring.

The floors are both holding up very well and haven't bubbled in any places. The crew was very considerate while laying the new floors. It was done in very good timing and they didn t leave us with anything but perfect floors. I also would say they had a wide variety to choose from and used high quality products.

This was a fantastic job all around and we really loved the work they did. They did both the vinyl and carpeting at the same time and within a couple weeks of when we started looking around, they had the job complete. If something came up they said to be sure to call them and they would get it taken care of and we believed that totally.

I liked the fact they did all the work involved, and left me nothing to clean up myself. The carpets were terrific and had held up fine as far as I was concerned. They let me know that if I wanted to have the carpets stretched they would do it with no problem. I thought that was nice. We had good experiences from a good company here in the area.

I am real satisfied with the work. Our carpet is nice and smooth, no showing of seams or no tacks. They were real good and hard workers. They cleaned up after themselves but they left the old carpet. The corners and wall liner are great.
