Description of Work: Our master bathroom sprung a leak underneath the sink and there was a non-stop running water issue with the toilet in the second bathroom upstairs. For over two months, the father has given multiple excuses about not being able to make scheduled appointments, has lied about the interactions he’s had with my tenants, and has gotten to the point where he just ignores or forwards phone calls. He leaves his son to answer most folks, but even then, somehow he manages to ensure the work doesn’t get done. Please do not use this company if you have the expectation of customer service being at the top of your list. What a major disappointment.

water heater repair
+ -1 moreMy water heater had stopped working and after numerous attempts to get it working again, my husband and I decided it was time for a new one as it was over 12 years old. When I called Dave's Plumbing, I was told they would have someone call me as soon as possible to arrange a visit. Within the hour, I received that call and 3 hours later Chris (I think that's his name) turned up. He gave me his pricing for replacing the water heater. I had wanted to upgrade to something more efficient, but after some investigation we realized it wasn't cost effective. We asked him when he would be able to replace the heater and when he told us he could get one there today I was thrilled! Within 30 minutes Dave had turned up with the heater and 6 hours after the initial call I had hot water again. Dave and C (wish I could remember his name) are a great team. They are efficient, cleared up, and were willing to answer my questions on other plumbing issues. I would recommend them.
Description of Work: The old water heater was removed and replaced with a new one. An additional shutoff valve was added as per code. The old water heater was taken away. In addition, he checked out the showerhead in my master bath and made the water flow better.
