Options were explained of bait stations vs termidor perimeter, with pros/cons of each, so I felt more knowledgeable in making a Termidor decision. Installation went great. No warranty but I felt other companies' warranties weren't worth it, being limited in the fine print to installation cost.

The owner was very responsive to needs keeping me informed at every step. They even took pictures of their work before during and after. Owner was extremely honest about work that needed to be done, optional work and work that was not needed based on other price estimates from other companies, even recommending a "wait and see approach". When the wok ended up taking longer than projected they called explained what was done, what still needed to be done, why it went longer than estimated, how long it would take to finish, and returned the next morning to complete the work as promised. The price was by far better than the nearest competitor. I've already contracted them to treat the yard for fleas ticks, and other creepy crawlers. Definitely a 5 star company

Nothing! They were a "NO SHOW" We called the day before to make sure they will be coming before taking off work and was assured they will be there on time. Than on the scheduled day and time, we didn't even get a courtesy call, email, fax or smoke signal that they were not coming. I missed a day of work and time for nothing. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE and even worst company. Angie's List got this one wrong for placing them on their site! Wow

I called Chesapeake Bay Pest Control after reviewing several companies and he was able to come out the very next day. I had roaches in my townhouse kitchen that had traveled in boxes stored in my storage unit. I run a daycare out of my home so getting rid of them quickly was very important to me. He came out and sprayed my kitchen, dining area and bathrooms and put bait stations out to monitor them in between appointments. He was very friendly and knowledgeable and took care of my issue without pressuring me into a contract and I was given a warranty in case I had an issue in the near future. I highly recommend Chesapeake Bay Pest Control.

Travis came prepared to do a thorough inspection and uncovered issues that were previously undetected. He showed me photos and explained to me what needed to be done without trying to sell me something I did not need. The day he came to preform the service with one other employee the worked methodically for approximately 12 hours. I don't think I saw them take a break. Also took pictures of "after" the job. Offered a one year contract. One thing I did not realize and consumers should be wary of is that many pest control companies send out sales people who make a commission off what they can sell you! NOT Chesapeake Bay Pest Control. I encourage you to contact them for an honest estimate. It was a pleasure to deal with Travis the owner he has a great deal of integrity. I would recommend them anytime and use them again if the need arises.

I brought bed bugs back in my suitcase from a trip. I called three companies. One couldn't come out for a week. Travis was here the day after I called. The other company I had come over would charge $25 less than Travis but would only spray once, put on plastic bed pads and guarantee the work for three months. They thought the neutering spray that Travis uses was not for bedbugs. But the web site of the manufacturer clearly states it is for bedbugs. They were also only going to spray the two bedrooms where the bugs were. Travis came out twice, three weeks apart, and sprayed the entire house. After the second treatment, he put traps all over the house. He came back again, three weeks later to check them. They were all empty. And he guarantees no bugs for a year! He also talked about other pests he controls for and I can see that he uses humane procedures.

Travis was very professional and detailed! He arrived early and ready to work . Travis located infestation in numerous locations and provided color pictures as evidence the same day. He focused of the inspection and not selling me a protection plan like the other companies I've heard of. I had to inquire about a termite bond and even than he didn't try to sell it. We had a swarm of termites in our foyer early in April. We called and Travis responded quickly. He came out and assessed the problem and gave me a price and start and ending time. He arrived as promised (on time) and treated my home. He drilled around the perimeter of our garage and then all around the house. He was neat and friendly, A pleasure to do business with, I would highly recommend him to anyone who has a pest control issue. You will be dealing with the owner directly and not some large impersonal franchise or corporation.

I called Chesapeqke Bay Pest Control because I wanted to have a termite treatment done. Travis came to my house and did an inspection around the perimeter and in the crawl space of the house. He explained to me what the treatment would entail, gave me a written estimate of $1,017 for the treatment, informed me that there was a coupon for $150 on his web page, and applied that coupon to bring the cost down to $867.50. I signed a contract and we set a date for him to do the work. He was punctual and professional. Upon completion of the work, he showed me the treatment areas outside the house and pictures of the treatment areas under the house. He also gave me a written report of the kinds and quantities of the chemicals he used in the treatment. While under the house, he encountered a black snake, captured it, took it to a green area away from town, and released it. I had also called him about moisture control treatments for the crawl space. He also did that work for me, and I plan to write that work up under the moisture control section of Angie's List. I was extremely pleased with all the work that he did. He was very conscientious and knowledgeable. He kept me informed about the work. I definitely plan to use him again and highly recommend him.
