Ramon was on time and did a great job.He even found a problem I did not see and fixed it.

There were a few bumps in the road and the job took a couple more days that planned. They ran out of shingles, I had a hard time reaching someone initially, almost gave up but then I got the receptionist.The salesperson was great John Gilley. When I called him he took care of my concerns. I will say they were very clean, left each day like they were finished, everything was cleaned up and restarted fresh the next day. All my concerns were dealt with to my satisfaction going though Mr Gilley. I also love the roof, it looks so nice and I really love the lifetime warranty and the price was very reasonable. Ramon & Chalino stopped by the house since they were in the area, fortunately, I was free to do the work. They had left a message earlier in the day but I was unavailable to return the call. Both men were very courteous and professional. They were quick to get the work done and asked me about a couple of items. They did a great job sealing the roof vents, fixing the gutters and making sure everything was secured. I am very pleased with their work and would definitely have them back again in the future. It was for a rental property and I needed some roof repair but I wasn't sure the extent of it. They honored the Big Deal and did great work. They actually removed an old chimney that was no longer in use and was causing a lot of problems with leaking. I had the $500 repair. They were professional, provided quality roof repair, made it very convenient to work with because it was a rental property and I don't live there. So they worked with both the renter and myself which is sometimes difficult to make that coordination happen.

I contacted this provider for a roof inspection. We scheduled the service and they contacted me back to let me know they needed to reschedule for a later date due to the service provider being sick. They were friendly and very professional however I did end up using another provider due to scheduling needs.

It was alright. They had to reschedule once or twice because of a scheduling error by the receptionist. It wasn't a big deal because they eventually came out and did their job. They were really good about dealing with what happened and dealt with the situation quickly.

He came out within a week of my purchase. The things that were outside of the tuneup, it would have cost me a little bit of money, because the steepness of my roof and that kind of thing but the additional was a couple hundred dollars I think, if I wanted the additional done. It was a good experience I just knew what I did with the paperwork so I could have called him back to do this work that I needed done. I think they were a reputable company. The guy I saw was genuine about what he was saying.

Everything went well. It is several weeks later with no leaks. Chase even took great care to match new shingles with my old ones & did a great job. Hard to tell the difference.

From start to finish I was very impressed. I found a coupon here on Angie's but wasn't sure if I should purchase it (there was a disclaimer for an extra charge for steeper roofs). My roof is super steep in some places. I called their office to inquire. I spoke with Craig Harrison who told me it wouldn't be a problem to come out and inspect the roof free of charge while also coming up with an applicable plan of action. When their inspector (Shawn Burnett) showed up I showed him our problem areas (we had multiple leaks in our roof that were causing water stains on the ceiling of our master bedroom). After inspecting the interior of the attic Mr. Burnett climbed on the roof and located multiple problem areas that had been neglected by our builder. Mr. Burnett was very polite and knowledgeable. He came up with a plan of action to replace three of our pipe collars and five of our vent ducts (all of which were causing leaking issues). He was very low pressure (even giving us tips as to how to properly repair the stains on our ceiling once repaired). He explained the issues and showed us samples of the materials that would be used. The price was fair and included: 1) Repairing curled and lifted shingles, 2) Replacing pipe collars with "Ultimate pipe collars," 3) Replacing five small 4" vents and installing sealing around each, 4) Fixing nails that were below the lower portions of the shingles (exposed throughout the roof), 5) Checking all remaining flashing and vents for exposed nails and resealing them, and 6) fixing all nail pops. We scheduled the repairs and within a couple days their crew showed up and made relatively quick work of all repairs. Following this (but the same day) they had a separate supervisor (Sergio) come out to inspect the work and walk me through what was found and repaired prior to collecting payment. (They actually found a few other problem areas that they repaired/sealed and installed flashing around while they were working.) I expected the payment to be slightly greater than the estimate (if for no other reason than taxes) - it was exactly as quoted. I was pleasantly surprised to have the invoice both emailed and hard-copy mailed to me. Overall they did an outstanding job and they'll definitely hear from us again when we need a new roof. The price was spot on - the quality and professionalism was even better!

They contacted me quickly to set things up and to scope the job. The roof crew came while I was out, without an appointment, but that was no problem for me.

Chase roofing did all we had agreed in the contract. However, one part important to me almost got overlooked. They did an excellent job including taking extra effort to clean up nails and debris. I recommend someone familiar with the contract meet with the home owner and the job foreman before the work begins to insure the job foreman understands what work is to be completed.

The contractor fixed some loose shingles, reattached a piece of loose siding and reaealed pipe collars as well a chimney. Gave me an complete written report on the condition of my roof that it was in good shape.

We had a great experience with Chase Roofing. From the moment that we purchased the special through Angie's list we received a call to schedule the site visit. They were very flexible with the scheduling and were right on time. We had another site visit with the actual work crew and they were very respectful. I was very Happy with Chase and their follow up! Definitely recommend them!

They were great and gave me a very thourough check up of my roof. They were very careful on the roof which is great due to the nature of the asbestos shingles, but they clearly knew what they were doing. They were a bit tough to schedule because of a workload in the area, but when they showed up they did an excellent job!

Estimate appointment on time. Day of scheduled work on time. Cost was very competitive. Communication was excellent.

It went very good. I bought the $49.00 coupon and he will do that work when I schedule him to do other work needed.
