Chase Roofing

Sort of so so. I didn't leave any details because I thought it was better to not say anything then say anything derogatory. I didn't think the total job was very professional. They had good feedback on your list and that was the reason I chose them. They were very accommodating and very pleasant but I just thought that the they felt kind of rushed. They did an okay job but not what I would call outstanding.

Everything went great. They were able to address a last minute request to install new exhaust fan vents on the roof after removing shingles. They were very prompt both providing the estimate and doing the job. In fact, they were able to meet a very tight schedule to complete installation within 5 days prior to my need to leave the residents for 6 weeks. I was very impressed with their work, the conduct of their crews, and their attention to detail. The roof looks great and materials are excellent quality. They take credit card payments via an online payment system, which made it very convenient. I was very satisfied with their work and the end result.

For get the, I'm not sure if they're even legit. It was purely a special. We were having some trouble with the people who put our new roof on so they offered an inspection. The person came up with a lot of problems and said they will issue a report. I never got the report so I wonder if these folks are legit. She showed up for the appointment. I got nothing but personal excuses.

The job they did was very satisfactory. The work was neat and the men were nice. I was very happy. I would recommend them to anyone. They did a very nice job. They said they would be here and they were here.

Provider Ramon came and looking one fallen single he gave me estimate for extra cost. He say to repair one single does not cover Only they do inspection and minor cauking . I can't say enough good things about this company and its workers. They were all prompt, polite, quiet, efficient, and worked hard even in the extreme heat we had. I tried to give them cold water but they assured me they had everything they needed. They were also careful to clean up after themselves, so after they left you couldn't really tell they'd been there. Special thanks are due Ramon Lomeli, who took the excellent before & after pictures. Because of them, I'm confident that a good job was done. He was patient and very clear about what the existing problems were and what needed to be done. He explained that they were using commercial grade materials on the flat roofs rather than residential, so they would be more durable. He also made a couple of runs to get items they hadn't expected to need. Everyone, including the office staff, was very responsive to my calls and requests. It was a pleasure to deal with such a well-run company that does such good work. I highly recommend them.

We love Chase Roofing. We hired them for additional work and they did a superb job. They actually took photos up there with an i pad of the work that they had done. We were happy with that one.

They were professional. They didn't try to oversell, which another company tried to do. When I had them come out, I felt like they gave me an honest assessment of what the actual problem was and didn't try to oversell me. They inspected my roof and didn't find any of the issues the other company said they found.

Very Professional, the best in their class, performed the job before they were paid, had to chase them down to pay them, very insightful about their business, my needs were exceeded.

John Gilley was very helpful. He also went out of his way to measure the vent pipes for us.

A very positive experience, starting when my Chase salesman, Shawn Burnett, took the time to listen to my needs before offering his advice, as I had done extensive prior research and knew what I wanted. Shawn was extremely knowledgeable and even had samples of the different materials they would be using and fully explained the excellent warranty Chase & GAF offered. I received multiple bids and although Chase was in the middle it was clear they were the most customer focused. I also liked they were a local company without the large overhead many other roofing companies have. It took awhile to get us scheduled in due to the size of our roof and constant threat of rain (we needed 3 rain free days), but once we were scheduled the job went very smoothly. Our assigned crew (4 brothers) had an assigned foreman with them and he stopped by every few hours, as well as Shawn our salesman, to check on the crews quality. The crew worked from 7:00 a.m. every morning until about 8:00 p.m. to ensure that section of roof was completed before they left. I can't emphasize enough what a pleasure it was to work with Chase on this project and Shawn even answered any questions I had after hours by email (something you don't find very often these days)!

They didn't show up on the scheduled date and was rescheduled twice due to weather and other issues on their end.

Jose and his co-worker were extremely professional and knowledgeable. He was able to answer all of my questions and explain and I'm confident that the work completed was top-notch. Overall great job!

We had received a quote from Jose last year, but he had told us we had at least another year on our roof. When we had to replace the roof this year, Jose and Ramon honored the quote I had been given a year ago. They showed up when they said they would, and worked from 730 in the morning until 8 at night. We had some weather issues to deal with, but the job was completed in a very timely manner. We noticed the day after they were complete, that they had missed a single board on the porch for wrap. They came out the next day and completed the job. They are very professional, and cleaned up the mess very well. I would definitely use them again (hopefully since everything is new I won't have to for about 20 years), and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a new roof, and/or wrap

He checked the roof for the leak.. He nailed down any loose shingles. Couldn't find where the leak was coming from. Told me I had a one year guarantee and to call him if it happened again. It leaked quite a bit, in the same area, maybe three months later . A roofer came out to check it again and found there was a nail pounded right through the roof and that's where the leak was coming from. He fix it and so far it hasn't happened again. No charge for the second inspection. I had a coupon for $49.00 .,

Very well No pressure to get repairs done

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for a new roof and scheduled an appointment on June 3rd for a detailed estimated. The representative did not show for the appointment. When I called the office, the staff could not explain why the appointment was missed. The appointment was rescheduled for today (June 8th). After again making arrangements to be home for the visit, nobody showed. I called the office and, again, they could not explain why their employee did not show for the rescheduled appointment. All the office could offer was to schedule a third appointment with a different person. This is unacceptable customer service. Updating this review: Chase Roofing stood me up again today for the third consecutive missed appointment for an estimate. I have been unable to get a response from the owner and the office once again claims there is nothing they can do about the no shows. I am cancelling this roofing deal as a result.

It was excellent. They were all very professional, friendly, and courteous, and they arrived on time. We were very pleased with the work!

Folks came out, conducted an inspection and advised of the problem, providing pictured. Then, the man explained how to fix it, the cost, and dates it could be completed. It was completed two days later.

I purchased a Big Deal on Angie's List for $59 for 2 hours of roof, siding and gutter maintenance. No one showed up for the first appointment that I made. After waiting an hour past the appointment time, I called the company and the receptionist said there was no record of my appointment. She remembered me calling but the appointment date and time was not in their books. I rescheduled for another day. Again, no one showed up at the appointed time. After waiting an hour past the scheduled time, I called and the receptionist contacted the worker that was suppose to come. She told me he was on his way. I waited about an hour and no one showed up. I called the receptionist again. She said "I don't know what to tell you." I suggested to her that she call the worker again. She said she would and get back to me. She never called. I called her and she said she had been unable to contact the worker. He was not answering his phone. At this point after planning 2 days around unsuccessfully trying to get service from this company, I decided I did not want to do business with them and cancelled my "deal".

Response was prompt following my online purchase directly through Angie's List. A week or so passed after the initial inspector came by to provide a work estimate so I called and they sent somebody right out the next day. Communication was good from that point with a call to my cell phone when work began and then again to let me know the job was completed. Seems like a first class job from what I can tell and pricing was reasonable. It seems to me that their good reputation on Angie's List is well-deserved.

Worker was 30 min late. Got right to work and did a good job inspecting and making minor repairs to the roof and siding. Great job and good value.

The installers arrived promptly around 7:00 am and the roof was completed by 3:00 pm the same day. We were very pleased with the work done and would definitely use Chase Roofing again!

I purchased a big deal with them and called them a few times and spoke with the receptionist. She was unable to give me any pricing info, as I wanted to know what the additional costs would be for the size of roof that I had. She gave me the phone number of the owner, but when I called him he didn't answer. I left a message, which he never returned. When I spoke with the receptionist again, she told me she had spoken with the owner, and he told her that they were unable to give any pricing info over the phone without seeing the roof first.
